What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve Europe-specific payment and credit products.
• Build frameworks and tooling to ensure resilient, high-performing integrations with European banks.
• Localize existing global hirify.global products specifically for the European market.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to iterate on and productionize new features.
• Architect technical solutions tailored to deep client needs and specific use cases.
• Own projects and participate in the on-call rotation to maintain system reliability.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a product engineer working full-stack (backend-leaning).
• Proven experience working with large-scale backend systems.
• Excellent coding and testing skills.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience working on payment products or within the payments industry.
• Experience working with Open Banking APIs.
