Founder Associate (Ecommerce): Supporting the CEO Office in tackling critical business needs and driving strategic initiatives with an accent on problem-solving, project management, and operational mastering. Focus on immersing in different teams, fostering collaborative culture, and defining/tracking objectives to contribute to company growth.
Location: Remote (France or Spain)

What you will do
- Support various teams on high-priority projects, identifying challenges, designing solutions, and driving results.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, monitoring dynamics and acting as a bridge between teams and the CEO Office.
- Collaborate with all teams to define and track quarterly and annual objectives, and support performance reviews.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in Finance, Consulting, or Startups.
- Education: Master's degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Location: Must be located in Paris or Barcelona.
- Strong interpersonal skills, efficiency with productivity tools, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a capacity for adaptation, problem-solving, and organization.

Hiring process
