What you will do

• Drive the Brazil launch program, owning execution across commercial, legal, technical, operational, finance, tax, compliance, CX, and SIM fulfillment workstreams.
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems by structuring them into clear paths forward.
• Coordinate across internal global teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations) and local partners to keep everyone aligned.
• Build operational processes from scratch for local business needs like SIM inventory, tax compliance, and customer support.
• Support commercial and financial decisions with analysis, business cases, and briefing materials.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions.

Requirements

• 6–10 years in business operations, strategy & operations, product operations, management consulting, or high-performance environments
• Based in São Paulo with regular in-person presence
• Portuguese fluency required; strong English essential
• Bias for action, strong business judgment, product sensibility, excellent communication, entrepreneurial mindset.
