What you will do

• Advocate for hirify.global SaaS products and serve as the main point of contact for clients.
• Onboard and educate new clients on the platform.
• Address client issues and provide technical support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and enhancements.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them.

Requirements

• Previous experience in digital advertising, marketing, or a SaaS company.
• Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with CRM and ticket management solutions.
• Degree-educated in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
