Solution Engineer

We are looking for a client-facing, execution-driven Solution Engineer to join an international fintech team and take full ownership of technical integrations - from pre-sales to successful production launch.
 
 What you’ll do:
 • Run technical demos during the pre-sales stage
 • Design integration approaches with clients
 • Guide developers through APIs, webhooks and flows
 • Lead the full technical onboarding and integration process
 • Own the go-live process end-to-end
 • Investigate and resolve integration-related issues
 • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during onboarding
 • Support Technical Account Managers with technical clarifications and operational questions
 • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
 

What we’re looking for:
 • Experience as a Solution Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant in a SaaS or fintech environment
 • Hands-on experience with payment systems, crypto payments, PSPs, APIs, or wallet infrastructure
 • Strong client-facing background, including pre-sales and technical support
 • Ability to read, understand, and clearly explain API documentation
 • Proven experience managing technical integrations end-to-end
 • Perfect English - written and spoken
 • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 • High ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks to completion independently
 • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
