What you will do

• Build and evolve mission-critical commercialization tools and backend systems
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Engineering teams to develop scalable systems
• Solve complex problems related to vehicle profiles, secure parts transactions, and vehicle configuration
• Design and implement key security infrastructure and processes

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work hybrid in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA, USA
• 7+ years of backend or infrastructure engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of security concepts including encryption, authentication, identity, and access control
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with compiled languages such as C++, Java, or Go

Nice to have

• Experience building microservices
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic algorithms
• Experience with hardware security modules (HSM) and secure key storage
