What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of RF communications, network transport, and VoIP systems programs.
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, and risk across multiple technical workstreams.
• Oversee testing, integration, and deployment of VHF/UHF/HF, SATCOM, and IP-based communication architectures.
• Drive modernization from analog to digital and software-defined communication networks.
• Coordinate international partners, subcontractors, and engineering teams across multiple time zones.
• Ensure compliance with export control and federal/international standards.

Requirements

• Must reside in the US and have US citizenship.
• Ability to secure US Public Trust SF85P clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years managing engineering or communications systems in aviation, defense, or mission-critical domains.
• Strong technical foundation in RF systems, voice switching, IP networking, and interoperability.
• Experience managing international teams and working within global organizational structures.
