What you will do

• Manage financial applications including expense reimbursements, credit cards, procurement, billing, and banking with a focus on NetSuite.
• Design, plan, implement, and test new finance processes and tools.
• Maintain integrations between financial and business systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zip, Workday, and Brex.
• Support users with training, troubleshooting, data fixes, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and create new fields, forms, automations, and searches.
• Lead finance information system projects ensuring timely completion.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• 4+ years experience as a NetSuite implementer, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of financial and business processes including Procure to Pay, Collection, Accounting, and FP&A.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building workflows, scripts, SuiteQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or other integration tools.
