DevOps Engineer (AWS)

hirify.global is hiring for a global technology platform that helps brands and agencies plan and activate cross-channel programmatic media campaigns using real-time research, audience data, analytics, and integrations with major social media partners.

What you will do

• Design and implement automated systems and networks supporting production infrastructure.
• Collaborate with software developers to resolve operational issues and provide technical guidance.
• Develop monitoring tools for infrastructure and custom applications.
• Troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack.
• Document system designs and application operating procedures.
• Build, monitor, and optimize reliable production systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role, including large-scale production environments.
• Experience with AWS and physical infrastructure.
• Experience with Chef, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, Internet principles, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, or InfluxDB.
• Experience with Bash, Python, Ruby, containers, Kubernetes, and reliable, scalable systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with FinOps and highly loaded production systems.
• Experience with Consul, ZooKeeper, ELK, or NoSQL solutions such as Couchbase.
• Experience with big data systems such as EMR, Spark, or Hive.
