What you will do

• Lead the transition from legacy/manual deployment to a fully automated DevOps-ready posture.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for deployment and operations across Solera environments.
• Build and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and maintain stability across environments.
• Design continuous deployment solutions that improve availability and uptime for internal and external customers.
• Enforce security policies by ensuring vulnerabilities are tracked and addressed in a timely manner.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across Solera environments; support Dev and QA through the SDLC and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years driving CI/CD for systems deployed to cloud providers, with strong AWS setup/operations experience.
• 8+ years experience operating in a 24x7x365 global SaaS/PaaS environment.
• 8+ years experience with virtualization and Docker containers.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, batch, bash, Python, or equivalent).
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Computer Information Science or equivalent (M.S. preferred).

Nice to have

• Proficiency across a large portion of the listed stack, especially CI/CD and infrastructure tools.
• Experience building complex systems using multiple technologies (legacy and new) and applying CI/CD, code quality, operational readiness, and security best practices.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and ability to perform training and knowledge transfers.
