What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders.
  • Lead GTM systems and process initiatives from discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define business requirements.
  • Drive the adoption of new GTM tools and processes.
  • Ensure solutions enable accurate reporting and provide data-driven insights.
  • Establish governance processes for GTM systems.

Requirements

  • Experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or business systems roles.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with GTM systems and tools like Salesforce.
  • Experience working closely with technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
