What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on infrastructure, product security, and DevSecOps.
• Evaluate and implement security controls for cloud providers and third-party SaaS vendors.
• Drive product security programs aligning with business and engineering goals.
• Build and maintain security tooling including static analysis, dependency scanning, and secrets detection.
• Manage security posture tracking and communication across cloud services.
• Adopt automation-first approaches for continuous security control assessment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or work onsite at Santa Clara, California
• 2+ years of technical management experience with hands-on involvement.
• 5+ years of software development experience in cloud services and security.
• Expertise in cloud security posture management, identity management, and networking security controls.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support compliance initiatives such as SOC2 and ISO, ensuring audit readiness.
