Salary: $163,000 - $259,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and implement new algorithms and technologies for high-performance, reliable storage systems
• Own innovation end-to-end from concept to shipped product
• Analyze and solve challenging technical problems with persistence and insight
• Collaborate closely with smart peers in a small team environment
• Engage with large customers including engineers, architects, and leadership
• Develop products addressing AI and hyperscale workload demands

Requirements

• Must work onsite from Bellevue, WA office
• 5+ years experience with hyperscale compute and storage architectures
• Proficiency in C, C++, Golang or related languages
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative technical approaches
• Experience with flash memory technologies, SSD design, distributed storage platforms (Ceph, AWS S3, Azure Blob) is highly desirable
