What you will do

  • Provide customer support via chat, calls, email, and social media.
  • Focus on long-term solutions and take full ownership of customer issues.
  • Continuously grow knowledge of tools, products, and fintech industry.
  • Collaborate with a global team and contribute ideas to improve customer service.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in the Philippines
  • English: B2 level or higher
  • Enjoy helping others and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools.
  • Dependability and process improvement mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience in customer support, especially fintech.
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
  • Additional local languages like Cebuano, Bisaya, Ilocano, or Ifugao.
