What you will do

• Maintain and expert knowledge of the hirify.global product to provide targeted support to hirify.global users.
• Partner closely with users to understand their goals and blockers and translate that information into solutions.
• Manage a book of business with a focus on implementations and recurring delivery.
• Deliver end-to-end configuration, and optimization of a customer's hirify.global Workspace.
• Conduct remote training sessions to educate clients on platform functionality, best practices, and configured workflows.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team mates across the support organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years prior experience in a software consulting role.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in configuring, implementing, and customizing SaaS platforms.
• Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously with global customers across different time zones.
• Demonstrated customer-centric approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Preferred experience in SaaS PPM software or collaborative work management (CWM).
