TL;DR

Location: Remote role, requiring work during US core hours (8 am - 5 pm Pacific Time), must be based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

What you will do

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Dialpad’s customers through strong relationship-building.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Dialpad, working cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Develop positive, trusted relationships with customers by providing continuous value.
  • Retain long-term partnerships by independently renewing successful customers.
  • Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and development of best practices.
  • Manage customer escalations by documenting issues and facilitating resolutions.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers is required.
  • A strong passion for providing top-notch account management.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic startup environment.
