What you will do
- Document and validate sales processes and transactions for accuracy and commission basis.
- Monitor sales performance of agents and teams, identifying trends, errors, and compliance issues.
- Conduct regular evaluations on sales strategies, tools usage, customer service standards, and ethics.
- Develop, update, and deliver training programs for new and existing sales agents.
- Audit sales results and provide feedback, recommendations, and retraining plans.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least 8 months of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in web hosting or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of sales tools, systems, workflows, and product matrices.
- Experience as a Sales Agent or Sales After Support role is required.
