Location: Hybrid position based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO, United States
Salary: $211,200–$264,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and evolve the Monitoring & Observability product area including logging, alerting, sync status, latency monitoring, and integrations.
- Develop strategic roadmaps to improve transparency and support enterprise-grade monitoring requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver intuitive customer experiences and seamless observability stack integration.
- Prioritize product investments based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
- Serve as subject matter expert for observability and champion platform consistency.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and readiness for major product launches.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work model with two days in office in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO
- Experience in product management for B2B SaaS or platform products.
- Strong technical fluency with logs, events, monitoring pipelines, and API integrations.
- Proven collaboration skills across multiple teams.
- Data-informed mindset using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
- Ability to execute in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with observability or monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or New Relic.
- Familiarity with enterprise logging pipelines or SIEM integrations.
- Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or developer platforms.
