What you will do

• Define and communicate the vision and long-term roadmap for Talent Management and Employee Experience systems.
• Partner with HR and business teams to understand pain points and align on priorities.
• Own and maintain the product backlog; prioritize based on business impact and strategic alignment.
• Lead agile ceremonies and manage dependencies across technical and functional teams.
• Partner with Change Management and Learning teams to ensure effective rollout and adoption of new capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR technology product management, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale, global HR tech projects.
• Technical fluency with integrations, workflows, and system architecture for SuccessFactors and Qualtrics.
• Skilled in Agile delivery methodologies and managing product backlogs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
