Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage and support engineering managers and teams for FigJam and hirify.global Slides
• Partner with product, design, and data teams to innovate and grow collaboration tools
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure cohesive product experience
• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing engineers and cross-functional roles
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and calculated risk-taking

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the United States
• 4+ years engineering management experience, including 2+ years managing managers
• Experience operating at product and business strategy levels alongside engineering operations
• Proven track record of growing end-to-end product lines
• Strong communication skills in cross-functional settings

Nice to have

• Experience leading product teams in B2B companies with product-led growth (PLG) motion
• Experience integrating AI into existing product lines
