What you will do

  • Develop and manage processes to catalogue and secure digital assets handling and storage.
  • Drive security risk assessments and collaborate to implement improvements.
  • Measure, supervise, and communicate security posture to key partners.
  • Educate teams on security best practices for hirify.global and personal digital assets.
  • Advise on digital asset security methodologies, tooling, and vendor integrations.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years of experience securing digital assets with knowledge of crypto, blockchain, web3, and smart contracts.
  • Strong expertise in cryptography and key management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with digital asset wallet solutions including Software, Hardware, MPC, and MultiSig Wallets.
  • Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple priorities.
  • Passion for continuous learning and adapting to hirify.global's unique challenges.
