What you will do
- Design and implement security and defense-in-depth controls to mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Conduct advanced security research on Solana and other Rust-based smart contract platforms.
- Perform in-depth internal security audits in collaboration with core contributors.
- Coordinate with top-tier third-party firms for external security audits.
- Communicate complex security risks and solutions to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in complex distributed systems.
- Proven experience with security auditing and fuzzing tools in Rust.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with rigorous testing standards.
- Excellent communication skills for a remote and asynchronous work environment.
- Proficient in English required.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fully remote setting.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with Solana, Cosmwasm, or NEAR platforms.
