Software Engineer (Java)

Salary: $70,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into development tasks and reliable enterprise software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, document, support, and enhance applications and platforms.
• Design functions aligned with service architecture and apply security awareness when making technical decisions.
• Debug issues within applications and contribute to determining testing scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional team members in an Agile environment.
• Use AI-assisted tools and technologies to improve productivity, automate routine work, accelerate problem-solving, and enhance delivery quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of software development experience with Java, Spring Framework, React, Python, MongoDB, and Kafka.
• Experience with enterprise development in an Agile environment and across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with an RDBMS such as Oracle or SQL Server, plus SOAP and/or REST web services.
• Experience with defect tracking software and strong analysis, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, give and receive feedback, and ask questions when needed.
