Salary: $122,000 - $154,500 per year

What you will do

• Perform exploratory and decision-grade analyses aligned to key company and functional priorities.
• Partner with functional leaders to define, refine, and evolve KPIs.
• Translate findings into clear, compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Serve as a trusted analytical thought partner to business leaders.
• Design, build, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data products.
• Identify data gaps and partner with Analytics and Data Engineering teams to strengthen the underlying data foundation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SQL and translating complex or ambiguous business questions into meaningful, decision-oriented insights.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau or similar BI/data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex datasets into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience communicating assumptions, tradeoffs, and uncertainty clearly in analytical work.
• Familiarity with at least one statistical or programming language (e.g., Python) preferred.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated fluency using AI-assisted analytical or coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot).
