Focus on building multi-million dollar enterprise customers, balancing short and long-term sales cycles, and fostering a high-performing sales organization.
Location: Hybrid, based in Germany with travel within EMEA expected

What you will do
- Lead and grow the German Majors Accounts and Public Sector sales team, including hiring and organizational planning.
- Drive sales growth through execution of regional go-to-market programs and sales methodology adoption.
- Manage complex, long sales cycles with a quarterly cadence and develop key account plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, support, and engineering teams.
- Represent externally at conferences, media, and industry forums.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory initiatives within the sales organization.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid in the region
- Minimum 10 years senior sales leadership and 10+ years B2B enterprise sales experience.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling to large strategic customers.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and account management.
- Experience selling into Public Sector, Financial Services, Retail, and Technology sectors.
- Technical understanding of network performance, security, Zero Trust, and SASE concepts.
Nice to have
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, or IT.
- Experience promoted within sales leadership roles with a track record of over-quota achievement.
