TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Nordics): Managing strategic post-sale relationships for critical enterprise clients with an accent on driving retention, adoption, and expansion across the book of business. Focus on executive partnership, strategic success planning, and commercial leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Location: Available as remote from Sweden. This role is offered in a hybrid work format, with specific remote options for Sweden.

What you will do

  • Serve as the most senior post-sale point-of-contact, building trusted relationships with C-level executives.
  • Lead the development and execution of multi-year Customer Success Plans for measurable business outcomes.
  • Plan and lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), delivering data-driven insights and strategic roadmaps.
  • Own and drive revenue retention and expansion targets, identifying risks and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the internal champion, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of hirify.global's Connectivity Cloud, discussing technical solutions and articulating new feature value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a strategic, post-sales, customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Strategic Account Management) within a B2B Enterprise SaaS or Cloud company (minimum 2 years in customer success).
  • Demonstrated experience managing a book of business comprising large, strategic multinational enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical foundation and working knowledge of the Cloud, SASE, and SaaS application landscape, including networking concepts, DNS, HTTP, TLS, Cloud Security, WAF, and Zero Trust.
  • Exceptional executive-level presence with superior verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects, prioritize, and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent language skills in both Swedish and English.
