What you will do

  • Develop and execute a long-term Finance Systems roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Design, implement, and optimize core Finance applications including ERP, billing, procurement, and reporting platforms.
  • Lead system integrations and data flow optimization across Finance technology stack.
  • Oversee daily functioning and support of Workday Financials and other Finance applications.
  • Drive automation and process improvements leveraging AI and workflow automation tools.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-impact Finance Systems team.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in San Francisco, CA
  • 10+ years experience in Finance Systems or ERP roles, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
  • Hands-on expertise with Workday Financials and deep knowledge of financial processes.
  • Experience with AI-driven automation, data integration, and SaaS systems.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and data governance.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Workato or Boomi.
  • Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
