What you will do

• Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources including GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Analyze digital marketing campaigns across channels to optimize performance and conversion rates.
• Develop automated dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to support data-driven strategies and campaign planning.
• Conduct forecasting and budgeting to project marketing ROI and optimize channel spend.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with 3 days onsite in Mettawa, IL, USA.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency with Azure Synapse, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Python, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization (Power BI is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
