What you will do
- Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid social accounts and campaigns.
- Lead and develop junior team members, overseeing their work and growth.
- Deliver client reporting, performance commentary, and innovation initiatives.
- Maintain adherence to paid social best practices and testing plans.
- Build strong client and supplier relationships, providing insights beyond immediate remit.
- Manage forecasting, campaign launches, and data integrity across accounts.
Requirements
- Must have right to work in the UK.
- Proven experience as Account Manager in digital media or advertising with paid social campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest paid social platforms and bid management tools.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, and project management skills.
- Leadership experience managing and motivating junior team members.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with presence in London office.
Nice to have
- Google Analytics experience and certification.
- Experience with programmatic paid social and paid search campaigns.
