What you will do

• Develop and maintain embedded Android applications and distributed systems using Android SDK, Kotlin, Java, and C++
• Design features using Android architecture frameworks such as MVVM/MVP and dependency injection
• Perform thorough development testing and system-level software verification
• Collaborate with global and local team leads, project managers, and cross-functional groups including electrical, mechanical, and SQA teams
• Document software designs and detailed requirements
• Report task status and provide clear test reports, assist in resource estimation and scheduling

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with 2-3 days onsite in Tulsa, OK, USA
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics engineering or related field
• 5 years of experience in embedded system software development
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Java/Kotlin
• Experience with Android development and distributed systems
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience with Qt framework
• Low level IP development
• Rendering technologies such as OpenGL/Vulkan
• Video pipeline development (gstreamer)
