What you will do
- Define and maintain product roadmaps and strategic vision for youth experience in collaboration with leadership.
- Ensure timely delivery and measurable impact by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and mentoring Product Owner.
- Act as Release Manager and liaison for Customer Care to incorporate user insights into product development.
- Monitor product performance and business KPIs, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage account relationships with business partners and maintain product documentation.
- Drive alignment, anticipate risks, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work setup based in Paris
- English: B2 level or higher
- 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, preferably in digital products.
- Strong technical background to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience in Kids industry and/or B2B2C partnerships is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to define product vision, manage roadmaps, and ship impactful features.
