- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, educating them on product benefits.
- Advocate for customers to internal teams, sharing feedback for product improvement.
- Manage technical aspects of partnerships, proposing solutions to technical hurdles.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a client-centric role with large global enterprises.
- Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams for timely product delivery.
- Curiosity in AI and creativity in proposing innovative solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with technical products and managing technical details.
- Global mindset, working across multiple time zones and cultures.
