What you will do

• Own and manage the post-sales customer experience across the product suite
• Lead structured onboarding engagements with clear milestones and stakeholder alignment
• Partner with customers adopting AI-driven legal workflows and guide change management
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across legal and business teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
• Monitor customer engagement and identify opportunities for growth and renewals

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, Implementation, or related customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS or LegalTech
• Ability to manage structured onboarding and customer-facing projects
• Experience supporting technology adoption and organizational change initiatives
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to learn and explain advanced product functionality confidently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
