Senior Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build agentic AI platforms that triage, debug, and solve real production issues.
• Use hirify.global’s large-scale dataset of errors, spans, and profiles to develop actionable software insights.
• Lead major initiatives across artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Develop AI capabilities for issue triage, resolution, predictive analytics, and application performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to build high-impact features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience building production-grade agentic systems and tools.
• Strong production programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks, including PyTorch.
• Experience deploying machine learning models at scale in production environments.
