• Coach and mentor mid-level engineers

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
• Skilled in full-stack and API-based deployment patterns
• Experience with workflow orchestration and data management
• Strong product and system design instincts
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
