What you will do

• Support developers by debugging issues and guiding them through onboarding.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve the developer experience.
• Build and enhance internal tools for faster troubleshooting.
• Drive user success by clarifying best practices and resolving complex issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role.
• Familiarity with iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Java/Kotlin) development.
• Strong debugging skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a remote work environment.
