What you will do

• Define and drive the product roadmap for cloud-native database features.
• Prioritize delivery of core engine improvements including storage tiering and query optimization.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate needs into technical product requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales on feature launches and product positioning.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and impact.
• Act as the lead point of contact for product communications and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with cloud-based SaaS products.
• Strong familiarity with database systems, distributed systems, or real-time analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, query execution, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of modern data infrastructure including data lakes, ETL, and CDC frameworks.
• Proven ability to bridge communication between engineering and business stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
