What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with People & HR teams for alignment between hiring and business strategy.
- Work closely with department leaders to define recruitment strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring progress.
- Act as an advisor to hiring managers on best hiring practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within commercial recruitment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring across multiple markets.
- Data-driven with hiring analytics experience.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse).
Nice to have
- Open to occasional travel for team alignment meetings.
