What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Collaborate with People & HR teams for alignment between hiring and business strategy.
• Work closely with department leaders to define recruitment strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring progress.
• Act as an advisor to hiring managers on best hiring practices.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within commercial recruitment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring across multiple markets.
• Data-driven with hiring analytics experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse).

• Open to occasional travel for team alignment meetings.
