Recruiter - On-site, Cluj-Napoca

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; full-time on-site position

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and selection coordination.
• Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job analyses, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct exit interviews, support onboarding, and facilitate new employees' integration.
• Participate in career fairs, university job presentations, and other recruiting events.
• Prepare analytical recruitment reports for the team and higher management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to conduct on-site and online interviews.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level and availability to work on-site in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
