What you will do
- Maintain and update recruitment data in internal systems.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate availability throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare interview materials and recruitment documentation.
- Assist with interviews and conduct exit interviews to gather structured employee feedback.
- Handle candidate and employee correspondence.
Requirements
- Final-year Bachelor’s or Master’s student.
- Motivation to develop in HR and recruitment, with a curious and open mindset.
- Strong communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Medium-level English required.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Previous internship or volunteer experience.
