IT Recruiter - Europe Experienced Hiring

Location: Bucharest Office, Romania; hybrid work-from-home/work-from-office option

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles across Europe.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage technical talent, including passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and advise them using talent-market realities, data, and competitive intelligence.
• Create strong candidate experiences and build diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead offer discussions and candidate-closing strategies in competitive markets.
• Contribute to projects that improve attraction, assessment, and hiring processes.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting experienced professionals, preferably in technology, digital, engineering, or IT environments.
• Strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders through data, insights, and market expertise.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence advising senior business leaders.
• Experience with modern recruiting technologies, CRMs, and talent intelligence tools.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English, written and spoken.
