What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle for open positions.
• Advertise roles, source candidates through cold calling, networking, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct CV screening and selection interviews, provide candidate feedback, and identify suitable talent.
• Participate in job fairs and promote the employer brand in the local market.
• Build internal and external talent pools and maintain recruitment pipelines.
• Monitor job market trends and report recruitment progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of recruitment experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English language skills required.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and recruit candidates across different expertise and seniority levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, hands-on approach, accountability, and sound recruitment decision-making.
