What you will do

• Analyze commercial performance of gaming suppliers including revenue share models and profit margins.
• Identify trends and opportunities by comparing supplier performance across markets.
• Produce insights to support strategic supplier negotiations and optimize revenue-sharing agreements.
• Collaborate with Gaming Product, Commercial, and Analytics teams to align data insights with portfolio strategy.
• Build dashboards and reports to track supplier KPIs and contract outcomes.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing to measure impact of new game launches or promotions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Romania
• Experience in data analysis, business insight, or commercial analytics, preferably in gaming or digital entertainment.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; Python or R is a plus.
• Experience with financial performance metrics, especially revenue share or margin analysis.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with experimentation frameworks like A/B testing.
