Data Analyst (Data & Reporting)

What you will do

• Connect with Client Services Super Circles to understand reporting needs, workflows, services, and the supporting data ecosystem.
• Create operational performance reports, descriptive analyses, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Translate business information requirements into feasible analytical requests, reports, and data requirements.
• Develop and automate recurring daily, weekly, and monthly reports using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Provide in-depth and ad-hoc analysis using tools such as Access, Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAS, and Cognos.
• Improve the reporting and data landscape, coordinate with IT and business stakeholders, and support cross-border alignment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in reporting or data analysis.
• Relevant experience in operations.
• Strong experience with Excel, VBA, and database-related environments such as Access.
• Ability to prioritize information requirements, create clear reports, and communicate key observations to executives.
• Proactive mindset, fast learning ability, and a track record of working effectively with stakeholders in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, SAS, SQL, Cognos, or Microsoft Power BI.
• Interest in improving reporting tools and data management processes.
