What you will do

• Own all App Store Optimization and app marketing strategies for all app products and markets.
• Define app marketing goals, KPIs, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Manage ASO activities including search optimization, A/B testing, and custom listing pages.
• Manage Apple Search Ads, Google Universal App Install, and other paid app marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Martech and BI teams on app tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Project manage app marketing for new app launches and market expansions.

Requirements

• Location: Romania
• 2-3 years experience in App Store Optimization and app marketing campaigns with large budgets.
• Experience with In app events, Custom Product Pages/Listings, and Mobile Measurement Partners like AppsFlyer.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
• Data-driven, strategic, and commercial mindset.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling/iGaming industry or sports interest.
• Experience managing Universal App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads for large clients.
• AppsFlyer certification or similar app marketing analytics platform certification.
• Experience with ASO tools like AppTweak.
