What you will do
- Identify and analyze business process improvement opportunities focusing on automation potential.
- Design, implement, and optimize chatbot workflows and automated customer service tools.
- Evaluate automation feasibility and select suitable tools for implementation.
- Develop and maintain self-service portals for customer empowerment.
- Document process improvements and automation performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to align automation goals and content accuracy.
- Provide training and support to customer service teams on automation tools.
- Monitor and analyze automated solutions to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Brazil
- Experience with chatbot platforms and workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Zapier.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Background in customer service operations, preferably in tech or iGaming industries.
