What you will do

  • Identify and analyze business process improvement opportunities focusing on automation potential.
  • Design, implement, and optimize chatbot workflows and automated customer service tools.
  • Evaluate automation feasibility and select suitable tools for implementation.
  • Develop and maintain self-service portals for customer empowerment.
  • Document process improvements and automation performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to align automation goals and content accuracy.
  • Provide training and support to customer service teams on automation tools.
  • Monitor and analyze automated solutions to ensure effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Brazil
  • Experience with chatbot platforms and workflow automation tools.
  • Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Zapier.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Background in customer service operations, preferably in tech or iGaming industries.
