What you will do

• Lead and develop the APR analysts team with coaching, training, and scheduling.
• Refine and implement operational processes and procedures for the team.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer KPIs, and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, analytics, marketing, and commercial teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to AML/CFT.
• Make key decisions in complex investigations to mitigate business risks.
• Report system errors and bugs to technical teams effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil
• English: Fluent (C2) required
• 5+ years experience in Anti-fraud, Payments & Risk in online gambling industry.
• Minimum 3 years management experience leading operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of payments, fraud landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Proactive attitude with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
