Risk Management Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Monitor collateral structures, guarantees, exposure, maturity dates, eligibility, formalization, and related risk indicators for clients and counterparties.
• Manage the collateral lifecycle, including creation, renewal, replacement, reinforcement, release, and enforcement, with complete documentation and traceability.
• Implement and improve KPIs, controls, dashboards, and monitoring routines for collateral, exposure, portfolio behavior, operational performance, and risk mitigation.
• Use AI and automation for data consolidation, anomaly detection, trend analysis, alerts, workflow optimization, and reporting.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations covering risk indicators, guarantee positions, exposures, trends, and early-warning signals.
• Coordinate information flows with clients and Risk, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Finance teams, and support audits and regulatory requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, risk, or related areas.
• Proficiency with AI and digital tools for analysis, information review, presentation structuring, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with attention to detail and a control mindset.
• Experience managing client follow-ups and information flows, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent written and verbal Portuguese and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with issuers, acquirers, processors, or register companies.
• Knowledge of the four-party payments model and financial collateral such as bonds, receivables, and escrow accounts.
• Experience with risk control, contract, or collateral management systems.
• Knowledge of regulations applicable to financial and payments environments.
