What you will do

• Provide second-level support for Salesforce automation, validation, integration, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with guidance from senior specialists.
• Collaborate with business, IT colleagues, and architects globally to deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Assist with root cause analysis and identify process or technical improvements.
• Document processes and maintain Salesforce data models.
• Develop knowledge of new Salesforce features and participate in training and mentoring.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification required or commitment to obtain within 6 months.
• Initial experience supporting or configuring Salesforce; exposure to development (APEX, Lightning Components) is a plus.
• Willingness to learn from senior colleagues and develop skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and service orientation skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) and agile methods (Scrum) is a plus.
