Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Identify and pursue inorganic growth opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead strategy formulation, financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
• Manage deal execution including negotiation and cross-functional coordination.
• Build consensus internally and externally to gain executive approval for transactions.
• Provide insights on market opportunities to senior leadership.
• Develop ongoing corporate development processes and skill sets.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA or Grand Rapids, MI, United States
• 5-7 years experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, or investment banking.
• 2+ years leading teams with focus on employee development.
• Proven experience executing strategic partnerships or M&A projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, finance, engineering, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% annually with valid passport.
